Description

Three receptors mean three cell lines, three sets of controls and three times the plates. The 15 mg vial is sized so a full panel can run from one supply.

GLP-3 15 mg for a three-line panel

Each receptor line should be checked with its own selective agonist before the triple agonist is introduced, so that any response can be assigned to the right receptor with confidence. Parental cells without the recombinant receptor are a useful extra control, because some cell backgrounds express low levels of endogenous class B receptors.

With three potency values to compare, relative potency against the selective agonists is usually more informative than absolute EC50s. Keeping every plate on the same dissolved stock is the easiest way to protect those comparisons.

Questions about GLP-3 15mg

Why test parental cells too?

They show whether the cell background responds on its own, independently of the recombinant receptor.

How should results across three receptors be compared?

Relative to a selective agonist for each receptor, run on the same day from the same stock.

Is there a discount for buying several vials?

Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically in the cart: 5% off at two vials, rising to 35% off at ten or more vials in the cart, mixed across any products.

Certificates for our compounds are posted on the certificates of analysis page and matched to vials by cap and crimp colour. If the one for this product is not up yet, contact the order desk.
