Bulk Peptides supplies wholesale peptides across Canada to research laboratories, university core facilities, contract research organisations and resellers serving research customers. Case-sized orders can go straight through the shop at published volume pricing, and anything larger or recurring is handled by a custom quote that comes with a delivery schedule built around your study calendar, usually within one business day.
This page explains the purchasing side of that relationship: which route to use, what we need from you to price a programme, how scheduled repeat deliveries work, and what paperwork, payment options and shipping terms apply. The discount ladder itself lives on the bulk pricing page, so it is not repeated here.
Cart pricing or a custom quote: choosing the route
Most institutional buyers use both at different stages. The comparison below is a guide to which one fits the order in front of you.
| Question | Cart tiers (self-serve) | Custom quote |
|---|---|---|
| Order size | From one vial up to a few cases | Beyond a few cases, or a large mixed programme |
| How the price is set | The published ladder applies automatically at checkout | Priced individually for the specific requirement |
| Timing | One order, dispatched within one business day | A delivery schedule matched to your study calendar |
| Lot considerations | Whatever batch is current when the order ships | Batch requirements raised up front, before pricing |
| Paperwork | Standard order confirmation | Quote document to support your internal approval |
| Best suited to | Pilots, top-ups, one-off experiments | Core facilities, multi-month studies, resellers restocking |
If you are unsure which applies, ask. A short email costs less time than rebuilding an order later.
How a wholesale quote comes together
- You email [email protected] with the details in the checklist below.
- We check the catalogue items and current stock against the requirement, including any batch preference you stated.
- We send back a custom quote together with a proposed delivery schedule, normally inside one business day.
- You confirm, or adjust quantities and dates, and the first shipment is dispatched on the agreed date.
We price from what is actually in the catalogue, so check names and strengths against the price list or the shop before you write. A quote built on the right product the first time is faster for everyone.
Quote-request checklist
Send these five items and a quote can usually be prepared without a second round of questions:
- Compounds: each peptide by its catalogue name. For blends, name the blend, not its components, since the ratios are fixed.
- Strengths: the vial size for each compound (for example 5mg or 10mg), because per-milligram cost differs between sizes.
- Vial counts: the total number of vials per compound across the whole programme, not only the first delivery.
- Delivery province: the province or territory the shipment goes to, and the receiving address if you already have it.
- Schedule: whether you want everything at once or split into deliveries, with the approximate dates or intervals.
Helpful extras: whether the work depends on one batch throughout, and any reference your purchasing office needs to see on the quote.
Standing orders on a delivery schedule
Many long projects consume peptide at a steady rate. Rather than placing a new order each time a shelf runs low, you can describe the rhythm of the work (monthly, per term, per experimental block) and we will propose a schedule that sends the right quantity at the right time. This spreads receiving and cold-storage load across the project instead of concentrating it in one delivery, and it gives your team predictable dates to plan bench time around.
A schedule can be revised when the study changes. If an arm is dropped or a new compound added, email the change and we will re-quote the remaining deliveries.
Keeping a programme on one specification
Consistency matters more over months than over a single experiment. Three habits help:
- Fix the catalogue item. Switching between strengths of the same compound mid-programme changes how stocks are prepared. Choose the vial size at the start and keep it.
- Calculate from net content. Prepare working solutions from the net peptide content on the certificate, not the label mass. The molarity calculator handles the conversion.
- Keep blends and singles distinct. A blend cannot stand in for its components or the reverse, so write the exact product into your method.
Matching lots across deliveries
A certificate describes one batch. If your data will be compared across several deliveries, tell us at the quote stage that batch continuity matters, and note the batch reference from the certificate when the first shipment arrives. On each later order, quote that reference and we will check whether the same batch is still available before anything ships. Where it is not, you hear about it before dispatch, so you can decide whether to proceed, bring later deliveries forward, or plan a bridging comparison.
Receiving a large shipment
A case-sized box arriving in a busy lab is where good material goes to waste. Before it lands:
- Make space in cold storage for the full count, so no vials wait on a bench.
- On arrival, count vials against the packing details and check that cap and crimp colours correspond to the certificates you are filing.
- Record each batch reference in your inventory with the delivery date.
- Keep vials sealed until needed and open them in the order they arrived.
Documentation available
Our products are third-party tested using HPLC and purity testing, and our peptides are 99%+ purity. Certificates for some products are published on the COAs page; each vial is matched to its certificate by cap and crimp colour, which makes goods-in checks quick for large deliveries. If your approval process requires a specific document, say so in the quote request and we will tell you what we can supply for the products involved.
Payment options
We accept Interac e-Transfer and USDT or selected cryptocurrencies. Other methods, where available, are shown at checkout. For a quoted order, the payment route is confirmed with the quote.
Shipping within Canada
All orders ship from Vancouver to Canadian addresses only. Orders are dispatched within one business day, or on the dates set in an agreed schedule, and any order over $200 CAD ships free, which covers practically every case-sized delivery. Full terms are on the shipping page.
Wholesale FAQ
How quickly will I receive a wholesale quote?
Usually inside one business day from a complete request sent to [email protected].
Is there a minimum order for wholesale supply?
Single vials can be bought in the shop, and the first volume discount starts at two vials in the cart; a custom quote is intended for requirements past a few cases. If your order sits between the two, send it and we will advise on the better route.
Can one quote cover several compounds?
Yes. List every compound, strength and vial count in one request and we will price the programme as a whole.
Do you ship wholesale orders outside Canada?
No. Every order ships from Vancouver to Canadian addresses only.
Can deliveries be spread over the length of a study?
Yes. Give us the schedule you need and the quote will include a delivery plan built around it.
All products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
