Bulk Peptides — Terms & Conditions
Last updated 8 September 2026. Bulk Peptides supplies research compounds to laboratories and qualified researchers. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing sold through it is authorised for human or veterinary use.
1. Scope and binding agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Purchaser”) and Bulk Peptides (“Bulk Peptides”, “we”, “us”). They govern all orders, purchases, and use of the products, services and content offered on this website.
By placing an order, creating an account, or clicking “I AGREE” to enter this website, you affirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Where these Terms conflict with anything else on this website, these Terms govern.
2. Eligibility and purchaser representations
By clicking “I AGREE” and entering this website, you acknowledge and certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring these products solely for laboratory research use, and that you will not use, administer or permit the use of any product in any human being or animal.
You certify that you are at least 21 years of age. This is a condition of sale set by Bulk Peptides and applies regardless of the age of majority in your province, territory or state.
You certify that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or a person otherwise competent to handle research-grade chemicals safely, and that you are familiar with the hazards associated with the products you are ordering.
You certify that the information you provide — name, delivery address, contact details and, where applicable, institution — is accurate, and that you are ordering on your own behalf or with authority to bind the organisation named.
You certify that you are not ordering on behalf of any person who does not meet these conditions, and that you will not transfer any product to a person who does not meet them.
3. Research use only
All products offered on this website are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not supplied as drugs, natural health products, food, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
Purchaser agrees not to use, administer, ingest, inject, apply, or permit the use of any product in or on any human being or animal, and not to supply any product to another person for those purposes.
Purchaser agrees to handle and store all products in accordance with industry-standard laboratory safety practice and any applicable institutional requirements.
Bulk Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time and without stating a reason, where it has grounds to believe that human or veterinary use is intended.
4. Canadian regulatory status of these products
In Canada, therapeutic products are regulated by Health Canada under the Food and Drugs Act and its regulations. The Act’s definition of a drug turns on how a product is represented and what it is intended for, not on chemistry alone.
The products supplied by Bulk Peptides hold no market authorisation from Health Canada for human or veterinary use. They carry no Drug Identification Number (DIN), no Natural Product Number (NPN) and no Homeopathic Medicine Number, and they have not been reviewed by Health Canada or by the United States Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy or quality in people or animals.
These products are not manufactured to pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice standards. No assurance of sterility, apyrogenicity or endotoxin limit attaches to them, and they are not supplied in a sterile or injectable-grade presentation.
Where a molecule supplied for research shares an active ingredient with a product that Health Canada has authorised, the research-grade material is not that authorised product: it is a different manufacture, has not been assessed by any regulator, and carries none of the assurances attached to an authorised finished product.
Nothing on this website is a representation that any product diagnoses, treats, mitigates, prevents or cures any condition, or modifies any organic function in a human or animal.
5. No dosing, administration or preparation guidance
Bulk Peptides does not provide, and will not provide, dosing schedules, administration routes, reconstitution volumes expressed as a dose, cycle protocols, or any other guidance directed at use of a product in a human being or animal — whether requested by email, telephone, live chat, social media or any other channel.
Analytical, storage and laboratory-handling information published on this website is provided so that material can be identified, verified and stored correctly. It is not, and must not be treated as, instruction for use in a person or animal.
A request for guidance of the kind described in this section may result in an order being refused or cancelled.
6. Research involving humans or animals requires separate authorisation
Administering an unauthorised drug to human participants in Canada requires a Clinical Trial Application authorised by Health Canada together with approval from a Research Ethics Board. Research involving animals requires approval from an institutional animal care committee under the applicable standards.
Those authorisations attach to a protocol, an investigator and a site. They are not a property of the material, and Bulk Peptides cannot confer them. Purchasing research-grade material creates no authority to administer it to any person or animal, including the Purchaser.
Purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining every approval, licence, permit and institutional clearance required for the work the material is used in.
7. Regulatory compliance and risk acknowledgment
Purchaser is solely responsible for determining the legal status and permissible use of any product in their own jurisdiction before ordering.
Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations and, where the Purchaser is located outside Canada, with all laws applicable to them, including those governing importation, possession, handling, storage, transport and disposal.
Purchaser acknowledges that research products may present hazards that have not been characterised, and assumes all risk associated with their receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal.
Products may not be ordered into, or exported to, any jurisdiction in which they are prohibited or restricted.
8. Import, export and customs
Bulk Peptides ships to Canadian addresses only. Orders are dispatched within Canada to a Canadian address and do not cross an international border.
For any order shipped outside Canada, Purchaser is the importer of record. Purchaser is responsible for determining whether the product may lawfully be imported into the destination country, for any permit or authorisation required, and for all duties, taxes, brokerage and other charges assessed on import.
Shipments may be examined, detained, refused entry or destroyed by the Canada Border Services Agency, Health Canada, or the equivalent authority in the destination country. Bulk Peptides has no control over those decisions, and is not liable for delay, detention, seizure, refusal of entry, destruction, or any charge assessed by a customs or regulatory authority.
Purchaser agrees not to request, and Bulk Peptides will not provide, any inaccurate declaration of contents, value or purpose on customs documentation.
9. No resale, repackaging or redistribution
Products are supplied for the Purchaser’s own research use. Purchaser may not resell, distribute, repackage, relabel, dilute and re-supply, or otherwise place any product on the market, whether for consideration or free of charge, without the express prior written consent of Bulk Peptides.
Purchaser may not remove, alter or obscure any label, cap seal or packaging feature by which a product is identified.
Purchaser may not represent any product as authorised, approved, or suitable for human or veterinary use, and may not resell any product accompanied by such a representation.
10. Certificates of analysis, purity and returns
Products are third-party tested by HPLC and purity analysis. Where a Certificate of Analysis has been published for a batch, it appears on this website; certificates are not shipped with orders.
Vials do not carry a printed batch number. Vials are matched to their certificate by cap and crimp colour against the photographs shown on the certificate.
Purchaser may independently test any product. Where independent testing establishes that a product fails the specification reported on its certificate, Bulk Peptides will issue a full refund including reasonable testing fees, provided the unused product is returned together with the testing documentation.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, with photographs where possible. Replacement or refund is provided at Bulk Peptides’ discretion.
A certificate reports on the batch it describes. It is not a representation that a product is safe or lawful to administer to any person or animal.
11. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GST or HST is applied to orders delivered in Canada at the rate in force in the province or territory of delivery, calculated at checkout on the delivery address: 5% in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec and the territories; 13% in Ontario; 14% in Nova Scotia; 15% in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island. Orders shipped outside Canada may attract duties, import taxes and brokerage charges, which are the Purchaser’s responsibility and are not collected by Bulk Peptides.
Accepted payment methods include e-Transfer, USDT, selected cryptocurrencies, and any other method displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network; Bulk Peptides cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction.
Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $200 CAD. Bulk pricing is available on request.
Where a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, Bulk Peptides may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid rather than fulfil it.
12. Shipping, title and risk of loss
Bulk Peptides dispatches from within Canada. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser on delivery to the carrier. Bulk Peptides is not liable for delay, loss or damage occurring in transit, or for the conditions to which a shipment is exposed after delivery to the address given.
Purchaser is responsible for providing a delivery address at which the shipment can be received, and for moving the material into appropriate storage promptly on arrival.
Refused, unclaimed or returned-to-sender shipments may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking deduction.
13. Order acceptance and refusal
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when Bulk Peptides dispatches the product.
Bulk Peptides may refuse, limit or cancel any order at its discretion, including where it has grounds to believe that human or veterinary use is intended, where the delivery address or order pattern is inconsistent with research use, where the order would breach an applicable law or export restriction, or where payment cannot be verified.
Where an order is cancelled by Bulk Peptides, any amount paid is refunded. Cancellation is not an admission of any kind and creates no further liability.
14. Reviews and material submitted by users
Reviews and other content you submit should be accurate and should relate to your own order or your own experience with Bulk Peptides.
By submitting content you grant Bulk Peptides a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, retain, edit for length, or remove it.
15. Limitation of liability
Bulk Peptides disclaims all implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Products are provided “as is”.
Bulk Peptides, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Bulk Peptides’ total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bulk Peptides and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor-and-client basis) arising out of: any use of a product in or on a human being or animal; misuse or unauthorised use of any product; non-compliance with any applicable law, regulation or institutional requirement; breach of these Terms; any resale, transfer or redistribution of a product; and any damage caused to a third party or to property.
17. Acknowledgment of expertise and risk
By placing an order, Purchaser affirms possession of sufficient academic or professional competence to handle research-grade peptides and compounds safely.
Purchaser acknowledges that these products may have uncharacterised hazards, that no toxicological assessment for human or animal exposure has been performed, and that Purchaser assumes all associated risk.
18. Intellectual property and use of this website
All content on this website — including trademarks, product photography, certificates, analytical figures and written text — is owned by Bulk Peptides or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced, republished, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent. Automated collection of content or product data is not permitted.
Nothing on this website grants any licence to any patent or other intellectual property right in the compounds themselves.
19. Privacy and affiliate disclosures
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
Affiliate relationships and sponsored links are disclosed, consistent with Canadian advertising standards and the Competition Act.
20. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in British Columbia, before a single arbitrator, in English, under the applicable British Columbia arbitration legislation.
Consumer protection carve-out. Nothing in this section limits any right a Purchaser has under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to them. Where such legislation prohibits an arbitration or choice-of-law clause of this kind — including, without limitation, in respect of consumers resident in Quebec — that prohibition prevails, and the Purchaser retains the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own province and to rely on the law of that province.
Language. The parties confirm their wish that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties confirment leur volonté que les présentes conditions et tous les documents s’y rattachant soient rédigés en anglais.
21. Hazard communication and safe handling
Products are supplied as laboratory chemicals whose toxicology is unknown or incompletely characterised. The absence of a hazard statement is not a representation that a product is safe.
Purchaser is responsible for assessing hazards for its own workplace and for compliance with applicable occupational health and safety and hazardous products legislation, including WHMIS requirements where products are used in a Canadian workplace.
Safety data, where available, is provided on request to [email protected].
Purchaser is responsible for the disposal of unused material and of contaminated consumables in accordance with institutional and municipal requirements.
22. Records
Bulk Peptides retains order records, including the purchaser category given at checkout and the acknowledgements made on entry to this website, as a record of the basis on which supply was made.
These records are held in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be produced to a regulator or law enforcement agency where Bulk Peptides is required to do so.
23. Force majeure
Bulk Peptides is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, labour disruption, supply interruption, extreme weather, network or payment-processor outage, or any act of a government or regulator.
24. Changes to these Terms
Bulk Peptides may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect when published on this website, and the version in force at the time an order is placed governs that order.
Continued use of this website or of any product after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
25. Waiver, severability and entire agreement
No waiver of any provision or of any breach is effective unless in writing and signed by Bulk Peptides. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder of these Terms continues in force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Purchaser and Bulk Peptides, superseding all prior communications.
Purchaser may not assign these Terms without Bulk Peptides’ written consent.
By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you are ordering research material for laboratory use only.
