- Packaging. Whether the vials arrived sealed, labelled and protected, and whether the cap and crimp colours made it easy to match each vial to its certificate.
- Delivery time. The day you ordered, the day it arrived and the province it was going to. Real transit times are the most useful thing a buyer in the same region can read.
- Communication. Whether questions about a quote, an invoice or a certificate were answered, and how quickly.
- Order accuracy. Whether you received exactly the compounds, strengths and quantities you ordered, and whether volume pricing applied the way the cart showed.
