This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued. By purchasing from Bulk Peptides, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. General Refund & Return Eligibility
We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
The item was damaged in transit
The item is faulty, defective, or incorrect
The product does not meet its listed purity specification as verified by an independent third-party laboratory
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, unauthorized use, or opened/used products. We also do not provide refunds for pre-order items.
3. Purity Guarantee & Third-Party Testing
Every product we sell is made to a 99%+ purity specification and third-party tested by HPLC and purity analysis.
If you choose to verify the product’s purity independently:
We will reimburse you for the cost of third-party purity testing
You must provide an official lab report from an accredited testing facility showing the product does not meet its listed purity specification
If confirmed, we will issue a 100% refund including your lab testing fee and shipping cost (for unused product return)
To be eligible, the product must remain unopened and unaltered. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that are not properly substantiated.
4. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
Notify us via email within 7 calendar days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photo/video proof
Once approved, we will offer either:
A full replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund, including return shipping if applicable
Returned items must be in original packaging and unopened. Please note, if a return is authorized, it will strictly be paid out with crypto currency.
5. Refunds for Order Cancellations

Bulk orders and custom-manufactured peptides are final sale unless product is proven defective or fails purity

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the CAD equivalent rate at the time of refund
Allow 5–7 business days for refund processing

8. Return Shipping Instructions
If a return is authorized:
Use tracked, insured shipping where possible
Package the item securely in its original container
We will provide a return address and instructions upon approval
Return shipping is covered by us only if the product is faulty or mislabeled

Cancelling an order before dispatch
An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, the conditions set out above apply.
Products that cannot be returned
Because these are laboratory chemicals whose identity, purity and storage history cannot be verified once they have left our custody, we cannot accept the return of any product whose seal has been broken, whose packaging has been opened, or which has been stored outside the conditions stated on the product page. This restriction exists to prevent material of unverifiable provenance re-entering supply, and it applies regardless of the reason for the return.
Refunds where we decline to supply
Bulk Peptides may cancel an order and refund it in full, before or after payment, where the purchaser eligibility representations made at checkout appear to be inaccurate, or where we have reason to believe that a product may be intended for use in humans or animals. A refund issued on that basis is not an admission of any kind and gives rise to no further remedy.
