Peptide shipping in Canada is straightforward with us: every order leaves from inside the country, travels tracked in plain packaging, and never meets a customs officer. This page covers what a lab receiving a multi-vial order should expect, from cost and dispatch timing to what to do if something goes wrong.
Peptide shipping across Canada at a glance
All research compounds are sent from our Canadian facility. We deliver to Canadian addresses only, so there is no customs clearance, duty or brokerage on any order. Each parcel is tracked, and its tracking number is sent to you as soon as it leaves us.
What delivery costs
| Where it is going | Cost | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Anywhere in Canada (every province and territory) | Free over $200 CAD | Sent from inside Canada, so nothing has to clear customs. |
| Promotional free shipping | Free | Applied at checkout when a valid free-shipping coupon is entered. |
Because the discount ladder on bulk pricing counts every vial in the cart, most volume orders clear the $200 threshold and ship at no charge.
When an order is dispatched
Orders are packed and sent within one business day. Anything placed on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday is handled on the next business day.
Timing of the order relative to the daily cutoff matters more than anything else. An order that misses the cutoff goes out with the next dispatch, and a late Friday order goes out on Monday, which explains most of the differences customers see. The tracking email is sent when the parcel leaves us, and from then on the carrier shows its own delivery estimate.
How long delivery takes
Transit time depends on the destination and on the carrier service. Once the parcel is moving, the estimate on its tracking page is the one to trust. Anything said before dispatch is a general expectation, not a promise, and carriers do not guarantee their estimates.
The compound makes no difference. Four other factors account for most of the spread:
- How far the parcel travels. Atlantic Canada, the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island sit further along the domestic network than central Canada does, and Victoria and the Gulf Islands also depend on a scheduled ferry crossing.
- Holidays that differ by province. Some statutory holidays apply in one province but not another, so your receiving department may be shut on a day when ours is open.
- Winter on the main corridor. Large parts of the country are served by a single main route. If it closes, ground freight to the whole region slips by a day whatever the weather is doing locally.
- Remote and northern destinations. The last stage to these addresses often runs on a schedule that is less than daily.
None of these produces the open-ended hold-ups an imported parcel can face at the border, since no Canadian order goes through customs. A slow domestic route is still tracked and still predictable.
Following your parcel
The tracking number goes to the email address on the order once the parcel has shipped. If your order has been confirmed but nothing has arrived, look in the spam folder of the address you used at checkout, then reach us through the contact page quoting your order number.
For deliveries to a university, hospital or government building, note that the carrier records the parcel as delivered once central receiving signs for it, not when it reaches the lab. Moving it from the dock to the right floor and bench happens on the institution’s timetable and never shows in the tracking. If tracking says delivered and the box is not on the bench, ask central receiving or the department mailroom before contacting the carrier.
Packaging and temperature
Freeze-dried peptides travel as a stable powder, so standard delivery windows do not call for cold-chain shipping. Outer packaging is plain, with nothing on the outside describing what is inside.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If a parcel runs past the carrier’s stated delivery window, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but never reached you, send us the order number and tracking reference. We deal with these claims under our returns policy and purity guarantee.
Address errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to give a full and accurate delivery address. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong, we may send it again at the customer’s cost.
Research use only
Everything Bulk Peptides sells is meant for laboratory research alone and is not approved for human consumption or for clinical or veterinary use. Placing an order confirms that the materials will be used only for legitimate research.
