There are three ways to pay for a Bulk Peptides order: Interac e-Transfer, credit card or cryptocurrency. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, volume pricing is already applied in the cart, and the method you choose only changes how the payment reaches us and how quickly the order is released for packing. This page walks through each one so you know exactly what to expect after you press Place order.
Three ways to pay
Interac e-Transfer
Choose e-Transfer at checkout and place the order. It is held while we wait for the transfer, and the payment details are shown on the confirmation screen and repeated in your order email: who to send it to, and the security question and answer to use. Send the exact order total from your online banking, with your order number where the instructions ask for it.
- Send the exact total. Transfers that do not match an order take longer to reconcile.
- Leave the message field empty. Transfers with custom notes cannot be accepted, so follow the on-screen instructions as written.
- One transfer per order. If you need to change an order after paying, contact us before sending a second transfer.
Transfers are matched to orders by hand. Once yours is matched the order moves to processing, it is packed for dispatch, and the tracking number is emailed to you when the label is created.
Credit card
Card payments are taken on a secure payment form with 3-D Secure verification, so your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app. Card transactions are processed in US dollars: your order total is converted from Canadian dollars at the live exchange rate, and your card issuer may add its own foreign-transaction charge. A 5% card processing fee is added at checkout and shown in the order total before you pay. When the payment is approved the order moves to processing automatically, with no waiting on our side.
Cryptocurrency
Choose Crypto at checkout and the confirmation screen shows the wallet address for each supported network: Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. Send the order total to the address for the network you are paying on, and keep the transaction ID in case we need it to match the payment. Once the payment is confirmed on our side the order moves from pending payment to processing. Network confirmation times vary, so allow for a short delay before the status changes.
Taxes, currency and invoices
Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery province: 5% GST for deliveries to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan and the three territories, and HST for Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. Because everything ships from inside Canada there is no customs duty or brokerage fee at the door.
Institutions that need a formal invoice, a purchase order number on the paperwork or a quote before paying can arrange that through the order desk. Send the legal name, billing address and PO number and we will set the order up to match.
Order statuses, in plain terms
- On hold: an e-Transfer order waiting for its transfer to be matched.
- Pending payment: a crypto order waiting for its payment to be confirmed.
- Processing: paid and queued for packing, with dispatch the next business day.
- Completed: shipped, with tracking emailed. You can also follow it on the order tracking page.
If something looks wrong
If an order sits in on hold or pending payment for longer than you would expect, contact us with the order number rather than placing a second order; duplicate orders are the most common avoidable problem at this stage. Shipping is free on orders over $200, volume pricing is explained on the bulk pricing page, and the full conditions of sale are in our terms and conditions.
