What to include so we can answer in one reply
- A bulk or repeat quote. List each compound, the strength you want and how many vials of it. The published breaks run to 35% off at ten vials in one order, mixed any way you like; anything larger is quoted on request.
- A certificate of analysis. Tell us the compound, the strength and the cap and crimp colour on your vial. That colour is how a vial is matched to its certificate on our COAs page.
- A delivery question. Your order number and the postal code it is going to.
- Invoices and paperwork for an institution. The legal name, billing address and any purchase order number that has to appear on the invoice.

When we reply
The desk works Monday to Friday and is closed on statutory holidays. Messages that arrive over a weekend are answered first thing on the next business day. Quotes for large mixed orders sometimes need a second message once each line has been priced, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than leave you waiting.

Stock is held in Canada and ships tracked to research groups from coast to coast, including labs in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia.
