Description
This blend combines a growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue with a ghrelin-receptor agonist. The two act on different receptors, which is exactly why they are so often studied together.
Two receptors, one vial
CJC-1295 without DAC is Mod GRF(1-29), a 29-residue peptide that binds the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, that binds the growth hormone secretagogue receptor GHS-R1a. Their sizes differ by almost five-fold, so the blend separates cleanly into two peaks on reversed-phase HPLC, with ipamorelin eluting well before the larger GHRH analogue.
Pre-combining the pair saves time in labs that always use them together, for example when comparing single-receptor and dual-receptor stimulation in pituitary cell models. Where the ratio needs to change between experiments, the separate CJC-1295 and ipamorelin vials give that control.

Questions about CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin Blend 10mg
Which peptides are in the blend?
CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) and ipamorelin, with both listed in the identity table below.
How do I verify a two-peptide vial?
Expect two main peaks by HPLC. Each is assessed separately against the specification.
Can I get the components separately?
Yes. CJC-1295 without DAC is stocked at 5 mg and ipamorelin at 5 mg and 10 mg.
