Description
KLOW is the four-component version of GLOW. The extra K stands for KPV, the Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide from the C-terminus of alpha-MSH.
KLOW 80 mg: GLOW plus KPV
Each vial contains 10 mg of BPC-157, 10 mg of TB-500, 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 mg of KPV. KPV is the smallest component at 342.43 g/mol and, like GHK-Cu, elutes early on reversed-phase HPLC, so methods need enough resolution at the start of the gradient to separate the two tripeptides.
Four components mean four entries in the identity table and four peaks to account for. For studies where any one ratio needs to vary, the single-compound vials are the better tool; KLOW serves labs that have fixed on this combination.

Questions about KLOW Peptide Blend 80mg
What does KPV add?
A third short peptide, Lys-Pro-Val, derived from the end of alpha-MSH.
How many peaks should a KLOW chromatogram show?
Four main peaks, one per component.
Is KPV sold separately?
Not at present. It is available as part of the KLOW blend.

Literature notes: The published base for this compound is small and concentrated in a limited number of research groups, with little independent replication of in vivo findings. Published work concerns full-length thymosin beta-4 or its LKKTETQ actin-binding fragment. Equivalence between those and material marketed as TB-500 is not established in the literature. The published base is narrow and concentrated in gastrointestinal inflammation models.
Certificates for our compounds are posted on the certificates of analysis page and matched to vials by cap and crimp colour. If the one for this product is not up yet, contact the order desk.
